Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure safe, reliable operation of a highly technical facility in the United States. You will develop maintenance plans, schedule outages, and coordinate teams to maximize asset availability and minimize downtime.

Reporting to site maintenance leadership, you will use CMMS systems (PeopleSoft focus) to align priorities with safety, environmental standards, and production targets, while supporting continuous improvement and long-term asset performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3+ years in maintenance planning or related roles.
• Experience with CMMS for work order management and asset reliability.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, instrumentation and industrial process systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and optimize maintenance work orders using the CMMS.
• Prioritize activities based on equipment criticality and production needs.
• Coordinate technicians, contractors, tools, equipment, and materials for planned work.
• Support outage planning and capital project execution.
• Analyze maintenance data to improve asset reliability.
