Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to lead reliability initiatives across critical manufacturing assets in Milwaukee.

The role focuses on reducing downtime, improving maintenance programs, and driving data-driven improvements on automated production equipment. You will partner with maintenance technicians, operations, and engineering to develop proactive maintenance strategies, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions that increase equipment

Qualifications

3+ years of engineering or maintenance-related experience within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s in manufacturing engineering or related field strongly preferred.
Experience supporting automated production equipment.
Strong understanding of preventative maintenance practices.
Experience leading root cause investigations.
Demonstrated success improving equipment reliability and uptime.

Responsibilities

Lead reliability and uptime improvement initiatives.
Identify recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Perform root cause analysis using structured methodologies (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).
Analyze maintenance data and trends to identify opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement projects focused on reliability, performance, quality, and cost reduction.
