Job summary

Walgreens Distribution Centers is seeking a Reliability Planner Scheduler to drive the asset care strategy in a highly automated distribution environment. You will schedule maintenance, coordinate proactive activities, and partner with leadership to improve equipment uptime and process efficiency.

The role requires experience with RCM, PdM, and TPM, plus strong skills in CMMS and data-driven decision making. Travel up to 5% may be required; a thorough understanding of MHE systems is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 4+ years in automated distribution, fulfilment, or related maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance workflow processes.
• Experience using data and metrics to solve problems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to travel up to 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring equipment reliability (uptime) through coordination and alignment of resources, processes and schedules.
• Coordinating and prioritizing all preventive and planned maintenance across all shifts.
• Owning workload planning and scheduling; assigning work to technicians.
• Reviewing planned work requests for viability and priority.
• Working with leadership to coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Monitoring and interpreting maintenance metrics to adjust plans.
