Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a highly technical industrial facility. You will plan, schedule, and optimize maintenance activities using CMMS (PeopleSoft) and collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to improve asset reliability and reduce downtime.

The role involves outage planning, capital project support, and developing maintenance standards and scope.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Three+ years experience in maintenance planning or related roles.
• Experience with CMMS for planning and scheduling.
• Experience supporting outages and capital projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize maintenance work orders in CMMS.
• Schedule outages and manage resource allocation.
• Coordinate maintenance teams, contractors, and parts.
• Develop inspection matrices and execution plans for outages.
• Analyze maintenance data to improve asset reliability.
