Job summary

Stryten Energy, a leading battery materials and energy storage company, seeks an experienced Maintenance Planning Supervisor for its Milwaukee, WI site. You will plan and schedule PM/PdM, oversee CMMS data, and drive backlogs while coordinating with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to improve reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred; equivalent industrial maintenance planning, reliability, or CMMS experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance planning, maintenance operations, reliability, mechanical/electrical maintenance, or a combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule skilled maintenance labor for PM/PdM, planned repairs, shutdown work, and safety-critical maintenance; supervise maintenance personnel.
• Use CMMS to manage PM planning, scheduling, MRO, work orders and preventive/predictive operations.
• Own CMMS data quality: equipment profiles, PM/PdM schedules, BOMs, job plans, labor estimates, parts, and work history.
• Maintain and prioritize maintenance backlog based on Safety, Quality, Delivery/Production and Cost impact.
• Develop weekly maintenance schedule with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering; ensure work is ready before scheduled.
• Include defined scope, labor, parts, tools, drawings/procedures, safety requirements, contractor support, duration.
• Manage critical spare parts lists, BOMs and min/max stocking; escalate risks.
• Review downtime/work order history to identify recurring failures and drive permanent corrective actions.
• Close significant work orders with root cause, corrective action, hours, parts, downtime for reliability analysis.
• Track maintenance planning KPIs: PM compliance, schedule compliance, backlog age, repeat failures, critical spares.
• Identify opportunities to reduce maintenance cost and increase equipment availability.
• Verify compliance with Quality Systems; write PM procedures and schedule Planned Work in CMMS.
• Attend meetings and training; ensure local, state, and federal guidelines are followed.
