GH America Investments Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Regulatory & Environmental Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory and environmental compliance for upstream oil and gas assets in Texas.

The role combines field work with agency filings and reporting. You will conduct regular field inspections, coordinate with operations and engineering, manage RRC and TCEQ interactions, and lead corrective actions at active wells and facilities across Texas.

Qualificações

• At least five years of relevant regulatory and environmental compliance experience supporting upstream oil and gas operations.
• Hands-on field experience at producing oil and gas wells and production facilities.
• Direct experience managing ongoing RRC and TCEQ compliance for Texas assets.
• Experience conducting field inspections, identifying deficiencies, and confirming corrective actions.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical actions for operating personnel.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular regulatory and environmental compliance inspections at active wells and facilities.
• Inspect facility conditions and equipment for potential compliance concerns.
• Identify leaks, spills, emissions concerns, waste-handling issues, and other deficiencies.
• Coordinate with lease operators, field supervisors, and contractors to implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and coordinate filings, reports, renewals, and supporting documentation.
• Manage RRC compliance for Texas wells and facilities; track deadlines and actions.
• Oversee LDAR, SPCC, Tier II reporting, and environmental recordkeeping.
• Travel regularly to Texas operating locations for site inspections and meetings.
