Job summary

ExxonMobil Global Trading, in the United States, seeks a Senior Manager for Power Market Regulatory Compliance to own AGPT's regulatory program across ERCOT, PUCT and FERC, coordinating with Trading, Site Operations and counsel to ensure timely filings and risk reporting.

You will lead certification efforts, manage MBR/EQR/Form 556 filings, and monitor regulatory developments to maintain governance across upstream and downstream assets in a compliant, reliable energy framework.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in energy regulatory compliance, power markets, or related fields.
• Working knowledge of ERCOT, PUCT, and FERC requirements.
• Strong project, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written communication and analytical abilities.
• Preferred experience with Form 556, EQR, and ERCOT market participation.

Responsibilities

• Lead AGPT's PUCT Power Marketer certification and maintain ongoing certification requirements.
• Own ERCOT, PUCT, and FERC compliance programs with accurate, timely documentation.
• Serve as internal regulatory liaison and coordinate with counsel on issues.
• Manage FERC filings, including MBR, EQR, and other wholesale power reporting obligations.
• Coordinate data collection, workflows, and regulatory submissions across site teams.
• Monitor ISO protocols, PUCT proceedings, FERC actions, and NERC developments.
