Job summary

Weaver is seeking a Regulatory Consulting Services Manager to lead lifecycle analysis and modeling for low-carbon fuel programs. You will supervise the ECS team, ensure deliverables are accurate, and coordinate with audit and advisory groups on greenhouse gas disclosures.

Remote or in-office in Houston, Austin or San Diego. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, chemistry, or engineering and 6+ years in GHG accounting/regulatory compliance, with strong writing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, chemistry, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in the chemical engineering/environmental science field with emphasis on greenhouse gas emissions accounting, modeling, and reporting.
• Demonstrates independent thinking and strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Develops meaningful client relationships and improves client satisfaction.
• Experience performing and leading life cycle modeling projects using GREET models and other program calculators.
• Proficiency in greenhouse gas accounting and reporting across frameworks.
• Extensive understanding of refining and renewable fuel production processes.
• Experience interpreting PFDs and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead life cycle analysis and modeling engagements for federal/state low-carbon fuel programs.
• Act as SME on regulatory compliance and technical interpretation; collaborate with audit/advisory teams.
• Supervise team deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and proficiency.
• Direct engagement planning, budgets, documentation, and risk identification.
• Manage existing business of at least $500,000 and participate in business development.
• Work with leadership in office or remotely from our Virtual Office.
