You will guide guests through our menu, wine selections, and the Cooper's Hawk Wine Club, ensuring an exceptional dining experience. In a fast-paced, team-driven environment, you will use the POS system, maintain knowledge of offerings, and uphold safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club program.
• A passion for hospitality and teamwork.
• Multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Read/write and understand English; flexible weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalized service guiding guests through menus and wine club options.
• Use the POS system accurately and handle payments.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, wine list, and service steps.
• Assist team to ensure smooth opening, mid-shift, or closing duties.
• Engage guests to create memorable experiences and upsell Wine Club benefits.
• Follow legal guidelines for alcohol service.
