Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking energetic servers to deliver hospitality-driven, people-focused service in our Napa-style winery restaurant. You will guide guests through wine tastings, feature our Wine Club benefits, and collaborate with a team to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.
• A passion for hospitality and working as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and work on your feet up to 10 hours.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Show Up Ready: Arrive on time, in proper uniform and prepared to start.
• Know the menu, wine list, and steps of service; use POS and handle payments accurately.
• Explain Wine Club benefits and invite guests to join our community.
• Follow checklists and SOPs to prep opening, mid-shift, or closing areas.
• Serve food and drinks with speed and care; maintain guest focus and safety.
