Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking friendly servers who deliver memorable dining experiences and confidently discuss food, wine, and the Wine Club. You will guide guests, upsell benefits, and maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced setting.

In this role, you will work as part of a team with flexible schedules, and you may receive hourly pay plus tips, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) plan options. Training and career growth opportunities are highlighted in our program.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and Wine Club program.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service and guide guests through food, wine, and the Wine Club.
• Follow SOPs and be ready for opening, mid-shift, or closing tasks.
• Take orders accurately and handle payments with precision.
• Communicate with team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Use knowledge of the Wine Club to educate guests and invite membership.
