Cooper’s Hawk Winery seeks friendly servers to guide guests through food, wine, and our Wine Club with confidence and care. You’ll contribute to a warm, team-based dining experience and help create memorable visits.

Responsibilities emphasize knowing the menu, handling payments accurately, and promoting club benefits, with flexible scheduling and strong earning potential including tips.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.
• A passion for hospitality and working as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• English reading, writing and comprehension required.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsabilités

• Arrive on time in proper uniform and know the menu, wine list and steps of service.
• Use the POS system and handle payments with accuracy.
• Explain Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club offerings to guests.
• Support the team to open, mid-shift, and close with smooth service.
