Job summary

The position requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a starting pay of $16.32 per hour. The job includes restocking, opening/closing duties, and providing support to leadership and other shop staff.

Qualifications

• Previous retail and/or customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional guest relations and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience helpful.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, guest-service environment as part of a team.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, provide exceptional guest service, and assist with selections.
• Operate POS register accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently.
• Open and close shops, restock merchandise, and maintain shop cleanliness.
• Develop knowledge of merchandise to up-sell and cross-sell.
• Assist with side work and support leadership as needed.
• Maintain professional attitude with guests and team members.
