Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Athens, GA is seeking a Restaurant Manager with 3+ years of experience in high-volume, upscale dining. You will lead a passionate team, oversee operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences by focusing on fresh, local ingredients and community engagement.

As an ambassador for Indigo Road, you will develop staff, drive P&L goals, and coordinate front- and back-of-house activities while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successfully running a high-volume and upscale food-focused restaurant
• Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences

• Strong problem resolution skills and ability to proactively set the team up for success
• Have exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Effective communication skills and the ability to navigate important conversation

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and set the tone for health, safety, and cleanliness throughout the property
• Oversee, maintain, and manage food, drink, and service quality and dining experience
• Promote staff development and deliver memorable experiences for staff and guests to achieve P&L goals
• Collaborate with FOH/BOH to ensure a positive and collaborative environment
