With 3+ years in management, you will drive service standards, staff development, scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration between FOH and BOH to ensure top-tier dining and consistent profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successfully running a high-volume upscale restaurant.
• Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences.

• Strong problem resolution skills and ability to proactively set the team up for success.
• Exceptionally organized with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate important conversations.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for guest experience in a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Oversee food, drink, and service quality with focus on fresh seafood offerings.
• Assess and manage service standards for consistency.
• Achieve financial objectives via budget planning, scheduling, and variance analysis.
• Create and execute strategic objectives across recruitment, finance, and operations.
• Develop weekly schedules, manage labor, and assist with ordering/inventory.
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH to maintain a positive environment.
• Lead by example with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
