Qualifications

• 3+ years of successfully running a high-volume upscale restaurant.
• Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences.
• Compassion for people and alignment with Indigo Road core values.
• Strong problem-resolution skills and proactive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for guest experience and lead a positive, collaborative team.
• Oversee food, drink, and service quality and dining experience, with focus on fresh seafood and raw bar.
• Manage service standards and operational procedures for consistency.
• Lead budgeting, scheduling, variances analysis, and action plans to meet financial goals.
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH to maintain a positive work environment.
• Create weekly schedules, control labor, and oversee ordering/inventory with seasonal freshness in mind.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness across the property.
