Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successfully running a high-volume and upscale food focused restaurant.
• Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences.

• Strong problem resolution skills and ability to proactively set the team up for success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of the restaurant, operations, finances, people, culture, events, and more.
• Lead with passion and foster staff development to meet P&L goals.
• Nurture community relationships with local vendors, farms, and partners.
• Communicate effectively with team members and the community to get the job done.
