Qualifications

• Strong understanding of food, beverage, and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service periods and ensure hospitality standards.
• Oversee dining room, terrace, lounge, and bar operations.
• Coach team members and support hiring, onboarding and training.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and ensure financial goals are met.
