The ideal candidate has 3+ years in upscale restaurant management, strong leadership and guest service skills, and experience with POS and hospitality tech.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale or luxury dining environment.
• Resort, hotel, or high‑volume destination restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of food, beverage, wine, and hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences across dining room, bar, private dining, and outdoor spaces.
• Oversee service standards, table management, and reservations to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members; conduct pre-shift meetings and daily lineups.
