Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor for our Naples luxury resort to lead the team, uphold first-class standards, and optimize guest satisfaction. You will oversee daily service, manage cost controls, and coordinate with departments to ensure seamless events and high-quality food and beverage operations.

The ideal candidate has prior luxury hotel or full-service resort experience, knowledge of Micros, strong decision-making, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel or full-service resort preferred.
• Strong customer service and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple service areas.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings and relay event details to staff.
• Communicate capabilities and programs to departments and clients.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and requests.
• Maintain standards of food, beverage and service quality with first-class operation.
• Implement cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Utilize inventory and product utilization systems to monitor costs.
• Lead by example to improve productivity and staff engagement.
• Support hiring/training for food and beverage personnel.
• Assist other outlets as needed.
