Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily kitchen operations in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine.
• Supervise culinary team members and ensure recipe adherence.
• Lead daily line checks and quality inspections.
• Assist with labor scheduling and staffing plans.
• Train and develop cooks and supervisors.
• Ensure proper product handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
• Monitor production levels and kitchen efficiency.
• Support inventory, ordering, and receiving processes.
• Maintain luxury hospitality standards throughout service periods.
• Assist with menu implementation and special events
