You will supervise service teams, maintain high standards across dining, terrace, lounge, and bar environments, and align with culinary leadership for smooth service.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
Experience in upscale restaurant, resort, lounge, or nightlife settings preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

Lead daily front-of-house operations and supervise service teams.
Engage with guests to build relationships and drive repeat visits.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure consistency of service, food presentation, and beverage execution.
Oversee dining room, terrace, lounge, and bar operations; manage openings, transitions, and closings.
Monitor cleanliness, organization, health and safety standards; ensure alcohol service compliance.
Coach and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
Support beverage sales, promotions, and inventory controls.
Assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory processes; monitor daily sales.
Utilize POS, reservation, labor, and service systems; monitor guest feedback for service recovery.
