Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Naples Grande Beach Resort seeks a Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations at Vicolo and Solfina, ensuring high standards of food production and guest satisfaction. You will oversee staff, maintain quality, and support training and menu initiatives.

You will bring 2–4 years of supervisory culinary experience, with a strong background in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, and a track record in upscale hotels or resorts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of supervisory culinary experience.
• Strong understanding of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
• Experience in upscale restaurants, hotels, or resorts preferred.
• Strong culinary fundamentals and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure recipes & presentation standards are consistently executed
• Lead station setup, production, and service execution
• Train and coach culinary team members
• Monitor food quality & portion control.
• Assist with inventory management & ordering.
• Enforce sanitation & food safety standards
• Support labor management & productivity initiatives.
• Assist with menu rollouts & culinary promotions.
