Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Upscale Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations in a dynamic, high-energy environment. The role focuses on staff leadership, guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards across a multi-million-dollar operation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of FOH management experience, a strong culture-driven leadership style, and a passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FOH Management or similar leadership experience in upscale, high-volume restaurants.
• Experience overseeing $4M+ in annual sales.
• Strong leadership skills centered around culture, structure, and development.
• Genuine passion for hospitality, great food, and memorable guest experiences.
• Ownership mentality and strong floor presence.
• High energy, positive attitude, and a drive to continually improve.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and service excellence
