The role requires 3+ years leading high-volume dining rooms, strong P&L acumen, and excellence in staff development, beverage controls, and guest relations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive leadership in upscale or casual restaurant operations.
• Proven track record managing high-volume teams and service execution.
• Strong guest relations and tableside service standards.
• Excellent communication and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to deliver high-touch guest experiences.
• Lead and develop the floor management team and hourly staff.
• Maintain high standards for food presentation and beverage service.
• Engage guests, handle complaints gracefully, and manage VIP relations.
• Manage budgets, labor models, and beverage programs to hit targets.
• Collaborate with culinary team to align kitchen output with service excellence.
