Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of high‑volume restaurant leadership, a hospitality or culinary degree (preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant/General Manager in a high-volume, full-service establishment.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with P&Ls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with composure.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor costs including labor, food, liquor, wine, beer and other expenses.
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, training and staff development.
• Maintain inventory, par levels, and vendor relationships.
