Redd Hospitality in Houston seeks a dynamic Restaurant General Manager and Food and Beverage Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Full Service / Upscale, Fine Dining and Scratch cooking, overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong culinary knowledge and menu presentation.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.

• Upscale/fine dining and scratch cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with high service and quality.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to build a motivated team.
• Implement shift management to optimize staffing.
• Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and control costs.
