Hotel Granduca Houston seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead dining operations under the Director of Food & Beverage. You will supervise shifts, assist with scheduling, support training, address guest concerns, and uphold standards across the restaurant team.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of luxury hotel F&B management experience, including multiple outlets such as fine dining, in-room dining, and banquets, with a proven service and financial performance track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of management experience in luxury hotel F&B operations.
• Experience managing multiple outlets including fine dining, in-room dining, and banquets.
• Proven track record of service excellence and financial performance in Forbes/AAA environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and assist with scheduling to ensure smooth service.
• Coach staff and reinforce service expectations and communication.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support onboarding and training of team members on menu knowledge and standards.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation per hotel standards.
