Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5–7 years in food service with at least 3 years in management in a fine dining establishment.
• Managed store sales of +5MM.
• Strong communication with customers, employees and vendors.
• Leadership to motivate a team, delegate tasks and provide feedback.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial statements.
• Fine dining knowledge including etiquette, wine and spirits.
• Food safety knowledge and health-code compliance.

Aufgaben

• Manage staff, delegate tasks, and set goals to run an efficient restaurant.
• Mentor and coach staff and managers.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering a fine dining experience.
• Oversee inventory and ordering to ensure necessary resources.
• Create staff schedules to cover peak hours.
• Provide ongoing training and development for staff.
• Manage budget, financial performance and revenue forecasting.
• Oversee marketing and promotional activities to attract guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety to meet health codes.
• Develop relationships with vendors for quality ingredients.
