This hands-on leader will manage budgets, develop menus, train staff, and ensure health and safety compliance while coordinating banquets and bar services to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong culinary knowledge with menu development and presentation.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Familiarity with POS systems and operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
