Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using POS systems is preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification or ability to obtain is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, genuine, and professional service to every guest from arrival through departure.
• Create memorable guest experiences by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, answer questions, and make knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations.
• Enter orders into the POS system accurately and communicate modifications to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally or involve leadership as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and beverages.
• Upsell appetizers, beverages, desserts, and featured items to enhance the guest experience.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked service stations.
• Assist with resetting tables and maintaining dining room appearance.
