Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring Restaurant Servers for South Seas on Captiva Island, Florida. This is a full-time/part-time role with a competitive hourly wage of $12 plus tips.

You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a waterfront resort setting. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months serving experience, a valid driver's license, and state certifications (Alcohol Awareness, Food Handlers).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hotel or related field preferred.
• 6 months experience with serving, basic bartending, cashiering is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; background check will be completed.
• Must be 18 years old or older to hold this role, serving/selling alcohol in FL
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations)
• Food Handlers Certification (must comply with State regulations)

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in accordance with South Seas standards.
• Read and execute a Restaurant BEO form.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of food, wine and cocktail menus.
• Follow associate schedule and work assignments; perform other duties as requested by management.
