Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Server for South Seas, a premier resort located on Captiva Island, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to provide outstanding service in a beachfront restaurant environment, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring food safety and guest satisfaction. Eligibility includes Florida Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers certifications, with a 40-hour work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of service, basic bartending or cashiering experience a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Serve all food and beverage items in a timely manner while maintaining Food Safety standards.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and review restaurant operations with staff and management.
• Set up tables and stations, take guest orders efficiently, and maintain presentation.
• Complete shift operation reports and communicate guest requests to the kitchen.
• Read and execute BEO forms; know menu items, wine and cocktails.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
