Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s South Seas on Captiva Island, FL, seeks a Restaurant Server to deliver warm, attentive dining experiences in a luxury resort setting. You will greet guests, present menus, take and enter orders into the POS, upsell items, and ensure timely service while maintaining safety and cleanliness with a collaborative team.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, and previous upscale resort experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18+ to serve alcohol in FL.
• Previous restaurant/serving experience preferred; resort experience is a plus.
• Experience with POS systems and basic math for payments.
• Alcohol awareness certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Present menus and explain specials to guests.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into POS.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
• Upsell appetizers, desserts, and featured items.
• Maintain clean, organized service stations and dining area.
