Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s South Seas resort in Florida is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver attentive, personalized service and menu recommendations. You will greet guests, present menus, and upsell items to enhance the guest experience.

Enter orders into the POS, communicate dietary needs, maintain clean stations, and collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to serve alcohol per Florida regulations.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred.
• Alcohol awareness and Food Handlers certifications or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, genuine, and professional service to every guest from arrival through departure.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, answer questions, and make knowledgeable recommendations.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and communicate modifications to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while upholding standards and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with collaboration among hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and servers.
