Job summary

South Seas Resort on Captiva Island, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver warm, genuine service across three dining venues. You will greet guests, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders in a resort setting.

The role requires attentiveness, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will enter orders into the POS, communicate dietary needs, and collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; valid driver's license required.
• Restaurant serving experience preferred; upscale resort or hospitality experience a plus.
• Alcohol awareness and food handlers certification obtainable through the employer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, genuine, and professional service from arrival through departure.
• Present menus, explain specials, answer questions, and take accurate orders.
• Enter orders into the POS system and relay dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
• Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and servers for smooth operations.
• Follow alcohol service guidelines and comply with health regulations.
