Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk is seeking a Line Cook in Virginia Beach to support daily prep and execution across pantry, fry, grill, broil, and sauté stations. You will follow recipes, ensure portions and presentation meet standards, and help stock and organize the kitchen.

The role requires 6 months line cook experience, ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and strong communication with teammates and managers. Comprehensive benefits are offered and scheduling is flexible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months line cook experience in upscale casual dining or similar.
• Thrives in a team-based environment.
• Basic professional cooking knowledge and knife skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion control.
• Must read/write English.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities
