Cooper’s Hawk is hiring a Line Cook to support daily preparation and execution of items across pantry, fry, grill, broil and sauté stations. You will follow recipes and portion controls, set up stations, and coordinate with teammates to maintain high standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months line cook experience in upscale casual dining, strong knife skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Competenze

• 6 months line cook experience in upscale casual dining or similar service environment
• Basic knowledge of professional cooking and knife skills with cut-glove
• Ability to communicate clearly with Managers and Team Members
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Mansioni

• Maintain Cooper’s Hawk quality standards by preparing assigned recipes to specification
• Follow recipes, manage portion control, and adhere to presentation specifications
• Set up station according to established specifications
• Use the KDS system to manage cook times while multitasking multiple dishes
• Restock items as needed and assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen areas
• Maintain kitchen equipment in like-new condition and ensure safety procedures are followed
• Communicate with Managers and Team Members to ensure smooth operations
• Follow SOPs to prepare work areas for opening, mid-shift, and closing
