Job summary

Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill is seeking a Line Cook for our fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment. You will help execute high-quality dishes with attention to presentation and proper temps, in an open-kitchen setting.

You’ll join a team that values clear communication, teamwork, and flexibility across shifts; training is provided and opportunities for growth exist within SPB Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 yr. kitchen/culinary/chef experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with kitchen equipment (knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens) is required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fast-paced scratch kitchen maintaining high standards of food presentation and execution.
• Support open-kitchen operations with strong communication and teamwork.
• Manage ticket orders for proteins and ensure proper food temps per company specs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary station; perform opening and closing duties.
