Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 year of kitchen/culinary/chef experience preferred but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced scratch kitchen with high standards for food presentation and execution.
• Manage ticket orders for proteins and ensure proper cooking temperatures.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and adhere to sanitation protocols.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
