Job summary

Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill, an upscale steakhouse, is seeking a Line Cook to join our fast-paced scratch kitchen. You will work in an open-kitchen setting with visibility from the dining room and help maintain high standards of food presentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating with team members and management, managing protein orders, ensuring correct temperatures, and upholding sanitation. Flexible to work a variety of shifts; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 year of kitchen/culinary experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast-paced, scratch-kitchen with high standards for food presentation.
• Coordinate with assembler, expo, and management to ensure timely service.
• Manage ticket orders for proteins and ensure proper temps and food safety.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized station and perform opening/closing duties.
