Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet & tour leasing prospects.
• Achieve leasing targets and communicate opportunities or threats to the Property Manager.
• Respond to online rental inquiries quickly and effectively.
• Understand site leasing trends, traffic patterns and product availability.
• Close the leasing process by asking for the sale.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and move-in paperwork.
• Collect funds and move-in related fees.
• Assist in all customer service efforts at the community.
