Responsibilities

• Meet, greet & tour leasing prospects.
• Achieve leasing targets and communicate opportunities/threats to the Property Manager.
• Respond quickly to online rental inquiries.
• Maintain show units and signage to high standards.
• Close leases and collect move-in paperwork and funds.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email.
• Manage wait lists and outreach marketing to bring in leads.
• Provide support to customer service efforts at the community.
