Job summary

West Shore is seeking a Leasing Consultant for an upscale Savannah, GA community. This full-time role focuses on guiding prospects through tours, closing leases and maintaining strong customer relationships in a high-energy setting.

You will work under the Property Manager, meet leasing targets and respond to inquiries, while leveraging our commission structure and benefits to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Polished, engaging and energetic sales and customer service experience.
• Experience in high-end retail, leasing or hospitality is preferred.
• Willingness to apply best efforts in a high-energy, upscale environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour leasing prospects.
• Meet leasing targets and report opportunities or threats.
• Respond quickly to online rental inquiries.
• Understand site leasing trends and product availability.
• Close leases and collect funds and move-in fees.
• Maintain lead data in ResMan and Knock.
• Follow up with prospects by email, phone or letter.
• Manage waitlist and coordinate with prospects.
• Assist customer service efforts at the community.
