Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience in fast-paced upscale environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with prospects.
• Comfort working in a high-energy, commission-influenced setting.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet & tour leasing prospects.
• Ensure leasing targets are achieved and communicate opportunities/threats to the Property Manager.
• Ensure all online rental inquiries are answered quickly and effectively.
• Understand site leasing trends, traffic patterns and product availability.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in sales areas and communicate issues.
• Close the leasing process by asking for the sale.
