Job summary

West Shore is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a full-time position at one of our apartment communities. The role focuses on engaging prospects, tours, and closing leases in a high-energy, upscale environment with a strong commission structure and comprehensive benefits.

Under the Property Manager, you will drive leasing production, respond to inquiries, manage traffic patterns and maintain model spaces to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Sales/customer service experience (retail, leasing, hospitality) preferred.
• Ability to engage prospects and close leases in a high-energy setting.
• Comfort with meeting leasing targets and communicating opportunities/threats to management.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet & tour leasing prospects.
• Ensure leasing targets are achieved and communicate progress to the Property Manager.
• Respond promptly to online rental inquiries and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain accurate lead information in Resman and Knock; manage waitlist.
• Close leases and collect required move-in paperwork and funds.
