Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests.

• Ability to operate hotel software and input information accurately.
• Calm, professional demeanor under busy conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome and assist with arrival and departure.
• Process registrations and input guest data, ensure accuracy of room rate and guest details.
• Explain hotel services, outlets hours and local attractions to guests.
• Handle check-in/out procedures, balance a house bank and operate POS as needed.
• Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
