You will handle check-ins/outs, answer inquiries, and assist with reservations while maintaining accuracy, courtesy, and a warm, welcoming demeanor.

This role requires English fluency, prior customer service experience, and a professional, organized approach in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of previous customer service experience required.
• Previous luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Able to handle cash and operate computer/PBX systems.
• Organized with attention to detail and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in procedures accurately.
• Assist guests with check-out and close accounts.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain hotel records.
• Provide information, answer inquiries, and upsell rooms.
• Maintain guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
• Operate PBX and schedule wake-up calls for guests.
• Maintain friendly and courteous demeanor.
