Job summary

The Saint in The Design District is seeking a Line Cook to join our team and help prepare fresh pasta, dry-aged steaks, and vegan options. You will cook and plate dishes to recipe specifications, weigh ingredients precisely, and keep your station stocked and organized for efficient service.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of upscale restaurant experience, can work weekends and holidays, and are comfortable in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high quality and fast turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Upscale restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Fast-paced environment multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Cook and plate food according to recipes.
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
• Restock station and assist other stations as needed.
• Maintain food quality and communicate with Chef.
• Handle and store food properly and FIFO.
• Assist with cleaning projects as required.
