The Saint Dallas in the Design District is seeking a Prep Cook to join our team. You will support the kitchen with all food preparation, ensure quality of items, and help with daily prep lists.

Ideal candidates are able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs, work weekends and holidays, and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude. A Food Handler Safety Card is required. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage the quality of food items.
• Assisting kitchen with all food preparation.
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
• Monitor and check daily food logs.
• Handle and store food products correctly, FIFO.
• Check in delivers correctly and check for spoilage.
• Must be able to assist with cleaning projects.
• Must be able to multitask and complete prep lists in a timely manner.
